New Plan Number and Web site access for OTIP Health & Dental Plan Members
Many of our health and dental members received new plan numbers effective January 1, 2010. Plan numbers starting with an "R" were not impacted by this change.
If you received a new plan number, don’t forget to:
- Tell your service providers about your new plan number
- Use your new plan number on your claim forms
- Put your new benefits card in your wallet
Members receiving new plan numbers have been automatically registered for the new OTIP Services Plan Member Secure Site. Activation letters were mailed in early January 2010 with information on how to activate your login for the new secure area.
